• Vision/Goal: To conduct A Woman’s Place Retreat five to eight times throughout the year in different regions in small groups of 50 to 60 women so that effective impartation, interaction and positive transformation is most likely to occur and women will begin to use their influence in ways that will cause them to be propelled, promoted and prominently placed where they can do the most good and bring about progressive change.

 

 

• A Woman's Place initiative creates an innovative and differentiated structure for developing influential women at different professional stages. It approaches the advancement of women into high-level leadership positions by focusing on the development of their human and social capital while spanning boundaries by embedding opportunities for personal and professional development in various networking settings and partnership opportunities.
