Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website(s), digital platforms, content, products, services, registrations, events, invitations, and offerings provided by Dr. Anya Miller Hall, Dr Anya LLC (“Dr. Anya Miller Hall, Dr Anya LLC” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

 

1. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

 

2. Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Services—including teachings, writings, blog posts, videos, audio, images, graphics, frameworks, curricula, downloads, product descriptions, and proprietary language (“Content”)—is owned by Dr. Anya Miller Hall or used with permission and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access Content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, republish, transmit, display, perform, create derivative works from, or exploit Content without express written permission.

No Derivative Works. The materials, methods, and information provided by Dr Anya Miller Hall, Dr Anya LLC as part of this program (including but not limited to course modules, worksheets, training videos, slides, event recordings, frameworks, and strategies) are proprietary and protected by intellectual property law. These materials are for the personal use of the participant only. They may not be copied, shared, taught, sold, distributed, recorded, or repurposed—whether in whole or in part—for any commercial use without the express written consent of Dr Anya Miller Hall, Dr Anya LLC. Creating derivative works, programs, or services based on this content is strictly prohibited.

 

3. No AI Use of Content

You may not use Content to train, develop, or improve any artificial intelligence system, dataset, large language model, or generative tool.

AI Use Disclaimer. Service Provider may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools as part of the creative or editing process, including but not limited to image culling, copy editing, design enhancement, or content generation. Service Provider affirms that the final deliverables provided to Client are human-directed, reviewed, and finalized, and remain the intellectual property of Service Provider unless otherwise assigned under this Agreement. Use of AI tools does not alter Service Provider’s ownership of the deliverables, nor does it grant Client any additional rights beyond those expressly stated in this Agreement.


 

 

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or extract Content using automated tools

  • Share paid materials, private links, recordings, downloads, or login credentials

  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt Services

  • Post unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, or misleading content

  • Violate another person’s privacy or disclose Personal Information without consent

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation

  • Use the Services for unauthorized commercial promotion or resale

We may terminate access for violations.

 

5. Return Policy (Purchases, Registrations, and Enrollments)

 

All Sales Final

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason.

 

No Chargebacks

Chargebacks are not permitted. By purchasing or enrolling, you authorize the charge and agree not to dispute it with your payment provider.

 

Non-Transferable

All registrations, enrollments, invitations, tickets, and access permissions are non-transferable and may not be shared, assigned, gifted, sold, or transferred.

 

6. Photography and Recordings

Events or sessions may be photographed or recorded for documentation, educational, archival, or promotional purposes.

You may not record, photograph, livestream, or redistribute any portion of the Services without express written permission.

 

7. User Submissions

If you submit testimonials, comments, or other content, you represent that you have the right to do so and grant permission for lawful use related to the Services unless otherwise requested in writing.

 

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

The Services may include faith-based teaching, spiritual guidance, or counsel. They are not medical, mental health, psychiatric, or emergency services. If you are in crisis or immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

If liability is found, our total liability will not exceed $100 or the amount paid by you in the last 30 days for the specific Service giving rise to the claim (whichever is less), unless required by law.

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Anya Miller Hall, Dr Anya LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.

 

11. DMCA Copyright Notice

If you believe Content infringes your copyright, submit a written notice including:

  • Your signature

  • Identification of the copyrighted work

  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material

  • Your contact information

  • A good-faith statement and accuracy statement under penalty of perjury

12. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising from or relating to the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to a jury trial and participation in class or collective actions, except where prohibited by law. You will bear the expense of any and all legal proceedings.

 

13. Governing Law (Florida)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Where court proceedings are permitted, venue shall be in Florida courts.

 

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
